A while back I posted 50 Reason to Love Grey’s Anatomy, and I know I left out stuff – there’s really too many things about Grey’s Anatomy I love. But in thinking about this great show, I wondered what my favorite thing about it is. Is it the characters? The writing? The actors? Hard to pick one. They all come together to create this wonderful series, so there’s really no good way to narrow it down to one thing.
But maybe some of you are more decisive than I am. What is your favorite thing about Grey’s Anatomy? Or are you like me, unable to narrow it down?

ABC announced that the season finale of Grey’s Anatomy (and also Lost) will be held over the course of two hours. The Grey’s Anatomy finale will air on Thursday, May 22nd and will run from 9pm-11pm EST (check your local listings).
That means we’re getting a whole extra hour of Grey’s Anatomy goodness, bringing season four to a grand total of 17 hours. Not too bad, considering the effects of the writer’s strike.
Don’t forget to mark your calendars – if you haven’t already – Grey’s Anatomy returns with a brand new episode on April 24th.
And now for some speculation: What sort of marvels do you expect to happen in the season finale?

As some of you may know, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Mary-Louise Parker (Weeds) announced their engagement a few months ago. Well, now it seems that they’ve called it off. It’s hard to tell whether this is true or not. And even if it’s true it’s hard to say whether they won’t be engaged again a month from now. They do seem to have a very on and off relationship.
Much happiness to them both, either way. They rock all by themselves.

One of Grey’s Anatomy’s favorite guest stars, Jeffrey Dean Morgan (known to most of us as the beloved and much-missed, Denny), has joined the cast of All Good Things, a romance/mystery that begins shooting this month in Connecticut. Other notable names for this film include Kirsten Dunst and Ryan Gosling.
The film tells the tale of an heir who falls for a girl from the wrong side of the tracks. Mysteriously, the girl vanishes and and a detective is hired to investigate. Morgan will be playing the detective.
You can also catch Jeffrey Dean Morgan in the upcoming film The Accidental Husband and the adaptation of Watchmen.

An official press release from ABC reveals a few things we knew already, such as the fact that “Where the Wild Things Are” will pick up six weeks after Meredith and Derek call it quits. Derek is with Rose (boooo!) and there’s a surgical contest with Bailey as judge (and as someone pointed out in the comments, that does seem somewhat out of character).
