Kevin McKidd Talks About Owen and Cristina
November 19, 2009 by Ingrid Diaz
If you’re worried about Owen and Cristina, it sounds like there’s a lot of reason to be. Teddy Altman’s arrival at Seattle Grace is absolutely going to complicate things between Hunt and Yang. E! Online talked to Kevin McKidd about all the changes and potential roadblocks ahead for the couple and the full interview is worth checking out. There’s a lot of interesting insight about the actor/character relationship.
What we can take away from the interview is this: There is going to be a lot of drama for the couple mainly because television calls for conflict. As McKidd said, “The characters …read more
Ellen Pompeo’s Baby Shower Hosted By Katherine Heigl
August 30, 2009 by Ingrid Diaz
Well, it looks like all of the mystery surrounding the stroller-shopping has been answered: Yesterday, Katherine Heigl hosted Ellen Pompeo’s baby shower at her home in Los Angeles. There were twenty-five guests at the party, including Kate Walsh, Sandra Oh and Eric Dane’s wife, actress Rebecca Gayheart. According to PEOPLE, the party was held in the backyard, beneath the merciful shade of umbrellas.
It’s also very likely that the baby – due in October – is going to be a girl, gauging by the vast array of pink-themed gifts. Pompeo registered for gifts at the Juvenile Shop …read more

Grey’s Anatomy 2009 Emmy Nominations
July 16, 2009 by Ingrid Diaz
Well, the 2009 Emmy nominations are in, and I’m sad to say that Grey’s Anatomy failed to score a nominiation in the major categories. Those being: Best Drama, Best Actor, Best Actress. It wasn’t shut out entirely, of course, though I’m still disappointed. Particularly by the fact that Katherine Heigl got left out. That said, it’s always nice to see Chandra Wilson and Sandra Oh getting recognized, but I feel like this year it should’ve gone to Heigl. Also, what’s with the guys getting left out all the time? Justin Chambers was amazing this season.
I’ve gone through the full PDF …read more

Those of you that have been hoping for a Grey’s/Private Practice crossover extravaganza will be getting your wish – in February! Sandra Oh took some time to discuss the “Crossover crazy!” with People.
“It has to do with Addison,” Oh said. Looks like Dr. Montgomery will be hitting the Seattle Grace OR once again and McDreamy might be headed to the Oceanside Wellness Center. And perhaps even the Chief will be making his way over as well.
And it’s planned to be multiple episodes!
Moving on to her romance with Dr. Hunt, Oh says that, “It’s a nice, slow …read more

Sandra Oh at the 60th Primetime Emmy Awards
September 23, 2008 by Ingrid Diaz
I was disappointed that Grey’s Anatomy didn’t win at the Emmys. It would’ve been nice to see Sandra Oh or Chandra Wilson go home with the statue, but there’s always next year, and maybe Katherine Heigl will like her storyline enough this year to stay in the running.
All the same, here’s some pictures of the lovely Sandra Oh at the Emmys on Sunday night.
I think she looked lovely!

Sandra Oh Is Converting the Grey’s Cast to Veganism
August 21, 2008 by Ingrid Diaz
Sandra Oh is having much success in convincing some of her Grey’s Anatomy cast members to switch to more animal-friendly menus. Her plan included inviting some of the actors to dine with her at Truly Vegan, a Hollywood hotspot for the vegan crowd.
The actors were immediately shocked to find that they not ony liked the food, but also loved it. Something Oh was decidedly happy about as she’d been trying to get her cast members to drop meat from their diets.
“Ellen Pompeo has gone to Truly Vegan half a dozen times since trying the food,” a source says of …read more
