Grey’s Anatomy Spoilers Season 6: Another Katherine Heigl Hiatus
November 12, 2009 by Ingrid Diaz
The following post contains what some might consider to be spoilers. If you wish to know nothing about what’s coming up this season, now’s a good time to look away.
**Spoilers**
Word from Ausiello this week points to another Katherine Heigl hiatus starting early next year. This time, the reasons for her time off are personal in nature: she wishes to spend time with her new daughter. Who can fault her for that? Of course, she’s not the only new mom on the block, so I wonder how all the new moms are taking to this break? Ellen Pompeo was quick to …read more
Burke Coming Back? Little to No Chance
November 5, 2009 by Ingrid Diaz
When it comes to television, it’s usually safe to maintain a “never say never” mentality. Situations change all of the time, contracts change all of the time. Bridges are burned. Issues are fixed. People move on. People come back. And when it comes to Grey’s Anatomy there is an ever-revolving door of actors entering and exiting.
So it’s a fair and resonable request – and one that I see very often – to want Burke to return to Seattle Grace. The topic keeps coming back over and over again, and I see it in the comments over and over again, so …read more

Grey’s Set Becomes a Baby Haven
October 28, 2009 by Ingrid Diaz
It’s no secret that while on-screen the doctors of Seattle Grace are battling with drama, behind the scenes, many of the actors are enjoying motherhood and in Eric Dane’s case, soon-to-be fatherhood. Word from TV Guide reveals that babies are taking over the Grey’s set what with Ellen Pompeo’s 6-week-old Stella and Katherine Heigl’s 1-year-old Naleigh, and Chyler Leigh’s 6-month-old Anniston, not to mention the crew’s babies. So what’s to be done? Build a nursery of course!
Word has it that the Grey’s Anatomy babies will soon have their own nursery on set. For the moment, the trailers are doubling as …read more
Season 6 Callie/Arizona Spoilers
October 21, 2009 by Ingrid Diaz
Not a lot in the way of Grey’s Anatomy spoilers in the latest Mega Buzz from TV Guide, but there was a little something and it pertained to our favorite (and only) sapphic couple on the show: Callie/Arizona.
A viewer asked whether or not Callie and Arizona are going to make it on the show, as they don’t seem as “intimate” as Callie did with Erica. Sara Ramirez herself answered the question, assuring any troubled fans that Calzona have certainly gotten busy in the bedroom, even if we’ve not had a front row seat to all the hot action.
Alas, she also …read more
Grey’s Anatomy 6.05 “Invasion” Recap
October 16, 2009 by Ingrid Diaz
As expected, episode 6.05 “Invasion” was chock-full of drama. We had the invasion of the Mercy Westers and their arrival at Seattle Grace was about as unwelcome as one can imagine. Both sets of doctors were quick to draw a separation line between them and for the rest of the episode it was all about trying to best each other, many times at the expense of the patients under their care. Alex and Reed were put in their place by a patients’ daughter. While Izzie’s confrontation with Charles had damning consequences.
Callie’s storyline for the episode had little to do with …read more

October 15, 2009 by Ingrid Diaz
So we all know that Shonda Rhimes means to shake things up with season 6. The Seattle Grace/Mercy West merger is a great way to change things around and introduce some fresh new faces to the show.
Fans are mixed in their reactions to these changes. Some are excited by the new and some just want things to go back to how they used to be. Going back is unlikely at this point. Rhimes and Co. seem to be going full speed ahead and the ever-revolving door of our beloved hospital is going to keep on spinning for the foreseeable future. …read more
