Katherine Heigl was spotted earlier in the month at the Asia de Cuba Restaurant in London. The actress was abroad for England’s premiere of The Ugly Truth which opened there earlier in the month. She was photographed with her hand over her stomach. It’s unclear whether she just needed somewhere to put her hand or whether she wasn’t feeling well. Hope she didn’t eat anything that didn’t sit well! She looks a little pale.
