Katherine Heigl wasn’t the only one spotted during their lunch break, Patrick Dempsey was photographed hitting the craft services table. Here we have McDreamy in a suit, which makes sense as they’re supposed to be filming a wedding scene. Whose wedding remains a mystery, though for all intents and purposes it sounds like it’s supposed to be Meredith and Derek’s.
