Gather ’round, spoiler lovers. Ausiello’s dropped a few interesting factoids about tonight’s Grey’s Anatomy episode in his latest AA scoopfest.

Ready?

Set?

Here we go…

(!!Spoilers!!)

Ausiello tells us that the fight between Mark and Derek is indeed real and also that it might be more about misplaced anger than about Mark and Lexie being together. He tells us that Derek is really angry at Addison, but I guess since he can’t punch her, Mark’s the next best thing. Sounds like it gets pretty intense. Blood is involved.

Good thing they’re in a hospital.

Speaking of which, Izzie finds out that – SURPRISE! – her test results were screwed up and that she’s got … Something. Else. Wrong with her. That, of course, we won’t know about for another three weeks. But we know it won’t be good, whatever it is. I mean, ghostly ex-boyfriends rarely come back from the dead to warn us about anemia.

But in happy news, it looks like our favorite Ped surgeon (well, our favorite until Bailey becomes a Ped surgeon, yes?) will be in tonight’s episode and that Callie will be asking her out on a date. Well, well. Maybe Torres is walking tall through Seattle Grace once more? Impromptu bathroom kisses do tend to boast the self-confidence.

And that’s all we’ve got on the spoiler front for now.

But if you haven’t yet watched those sneak peeks, now’s a good time to do so.

And remember: new Grey’s tonight!

The Derek Mark fight should be interesting, I am happy to see some real drama and intensity back. Callie & Arizona make a potentially cute couple. I will be interested to see how it unfolds.
