Grey’s Anatomy Ratings On the Rise

Say what you will about the Denny/Izzie storyline, Grey’s is not suffering in the ratings because of it. And that’s a very good thing! The show saw its highest season average last Thursday with 14.3 million viewers. According to reports, the show was number one among adults 18-49.

Private Practice is enjoying the benefits of its new time slot (after Grey’s). The show saw its highest ratings of the season: 9.6 million.

It’s really nice to hear good news about both shows. Let’s hope the viewers keep on tuning in. I’m sure the big crossover event won’t hurt.

here’s the problem if the viewers keep tuning in the bad writing and story lines will continue….. I guess the viewing public likes crappy story lines after all. maybe I should start watching the BBC or find some tv that still has good writing
