Eric Stoltz, Jessica Capshaw Headed to Grey’s Anatomy

December 4, 2008 by Ingrid Diaz

khphotos116816-Eric-StoltzThe next big casting move for Shonda & Co. is … (drumroll) … Eric Stoltz. The actor has been cast as a serial killer that finds himself needing some TLC at Seattle Grace. Yes, that’s right: serial killer. His character will have a three-episode arc, and according to Ausiello’s scoop, the storyline “takes a surprising turn around the second episode” and “will raise a myriad of thorny ethical questions for McDreamy and Co.”

Thorny ethical questions is what the doctors at Seattle Grace answer best!

Stoltz actually directed a few of the episodes of Grey’s this season. I hadn’t noticed that!

And if news of Stoltz guest starring isn’t enough, Ausiello also tells us that Jessica Capshaw will be dropping by for a few episodes as a pediatric surgeon named Arizona Roberts.

I love Eric Stoltz!! I think this is pretty cool.

  2. Heidi says:

I actually haven’t heard of either of those two actors mentioned (Jessica and Eric). But now I have. And this might be OT, but what does “TLC” stand for?

  3. DocCovington says:

    Oh. My. God.

They are so desperate in need of good writing that they are starting to steal story ideas off of GA fan fiction?

    *LOL* That’s rich.

  4. DocCovington says:

P.S.: TLC = threatening life condition? Total lung capacity? – Who knows. ;)

Eric Stolz, btw, was quite famous once, back in the 80’s. I remember him well. :)

  5. bethiebrite says:

TLC usually means “Tender Loving Care”.

  6. Ingrid Diaz says:

lol I meant Tender Loving Care, but all of the above can apply. ;)

  7. DocCovington says:

LOL indeed… I’m not a native speaker, so yay me, I’ve learnt a new abbreviation! =P
