Jeffrey Dean Morgan Returns to Grey’s Anatomy on Nov. 6

Michael Ausiello has just revealed that Jeffrey Dean Morgan will be making another return to Grey’s Anatomy on the November 6 episode. Sources have confirmed that Denny will be making another earthly appearance on the show to have a heart-to-heart with Izzie.
The question is: What will Denny have to say this time?
Ausiello leaves us a vague and cryptic clue:
“Something happens in the episode that could easily set the stage for a Heigl departure at season’s end. I’m not saying it will; only that it could.”
Well, if that’s not ominous I don’t know what is. What are your theories?
I highly doubt that Denny will come back to Izzie in a similar fashion to what he did with Meredith after the ferry boat crash. Mostly, I see this as another dream/fantasy of Izzie’s. She misses Denny like crazy. It’s only natural for her to fantasize about him.
I’m not going to waste my energy freaking out about Heigl leaving the show. If it happens the show will go on. If it doesn’t happen the show will go on. It’ll just be nice to see Denny’s face again… if only for a moment *sigh*
Didn’t we already go through the whole Katherine Heigl is leaving thing when the rumors were floating around that she would have a brain tumor?
It’s just getting annoying now.
I agree as well that this whole thing with Katie is getting old. She was an unknown actress until Grey’s made her blow up and now she’s acting like she’s above it all. If she leaves, good riddance. She can be replaced. Burke was replaced and as a result, we have newer, fresher story lines to look forward to.
I love Katherine Heigl and of cource her character is my favorite!I don’t believe these rumors…It will be a big mistake if Izzie dies….
I would miss Heigl if she left the show. But she could be replaced. I just hope they don’t kill her off. She really should not leave until she is done with her residency.
I would miss Katherine’s character Izzie as well if she left. I really hope that the rumor of Denny coming back is true!! I recently saw him in P.S. I Love You and was so excited.
I really hope to see more of Denny even after this episode. I’m thinking it is possible since all he said was “Are you sure you’re ok?” I love his character and really hope that they can work more of him in some how!!!
Serena, I hope they can work him in more too. If izzie dies they will be together and all but still. I wish they would do the alive version. I know this isn’t a sci-fi show but couldn’t there be some non-cliche twist that isn’t corny? Couldn’t he REALLY come back? ah the possibilities….

Can’t wait to see how Grey’s keeps it’s head above water without Izzie. Oh and ratings fly when Denny returns so NOW WHAT ? Just a rumor????? But what the heck !
