Katherine Heigl & Patrick Dempsey Nominated for 2008 MTV Movie Award
Katherine Heigl has been nominated for Best Female Performance in the film Knocked Up at this year’s MTV Movie Awards. And further representing the Grey’s Anatomy cast on the nominees’ list is none other than Patrick Dempsey. His on-screen smooch with Amy Adams in Enchanted has won them both a nod for Best Kiss.
Amy Adams is nominated all over the place, as well. Aside from best kiss, she’s also in the Best Comedic Performance category and will be going up against Katherine Heigl for Best Female Performance. Hm, I wonder if McDreamy is torn as to which one to cheer for? Hehe.
Either way, I wish all of the nominees the best of luck. Both ladies will be going up against some strong contenders such as Ellen Page (Juno) and Keira Knightley (Pirates of the Caribbean: At Wold’s End). There’s lots of good nominations this year and I look forward to seeing who gets to take home the award.
The MTV Movie Awards will air live tonight at 8pm EST.
