Grey’s Anatomy Spoilers: The Big Kiss, Callie and Hahn, Alex and Izzie

Spoilers make the world go ’round and boy is it good to have something to think about during all of those pesky hours that exist between episodes. Questions were asked, and TV Guide’s Michael Ausiello has answered. Some very interesting developments on the horizon.

Ausiello’s got several very interesting scoops on the next couple of episodes of Grey’s Anatomy. Regarding the major kiss that Shonda Rhimes referred to in an interview as one that would make you “lean into your televisions,” Ausiello seemed to agree that it would do just that. Though he doesn’t say who will be doing the kissing, he does mention that there will be several “significant” kisses throughout the episode, but only one “major” one.
He also hinted at some Alex and Izzie action, though details were decidedly vague on that front.
And it looks like Callie and Hahn might be crossing that ever-so-fuzzy friendship line in tomorrow’s episode. The term “smack lips” was used. Take that as you will.
All of this leaves us with the burning question: who will have that major kiss in the final episode? The obvious answer (for me, anyway) is Meredith and McDreamy. They’ve been stringing us along so long that if it isn’t them … well … the world as we know it might collapse around itself. So for the sake of the world, that’s who I’m betting on.
Next question: Who else will be locking lips in that final episode? George and Lexie? Alex and Izzie? Callie and Hahn? Speculation is so much fun. So, let’s hear your thoughts on all of these likely (or unlikely?) pairings.

I don’t think its Meredith & Derek. Shonda said unexpected and we know they are reuniting so nothing unexpected there. I vote that its Izzie & Alex.
Yeah it will probably be Izzie and Alex. But it seems weird to me that it wouldn’t be Meredith and Derek considering all the back and forth these two have done over the past four years.
Truthfully, nothing is really unexpected at this point. With Alex and Izzie it’s always just been a matter of time.
Still can’t wait.

My opinion is that the big kiss will be George and Lexie, they seem to have some chemistry in their scenes together. Plus George is on the rebound and Lexie was upset last week about Alex forgetting about her.
I really hope it is Mer and Der though!!!!!
My opinion is that it will finally be George and Izzie as well as Sloan and Hahn. George and Izzie have had chemistry that had been stymied by feedback, but nonetheless, it is there and deserves to unfold in the way it did in the elevator kiss scene. Come on folks……this goes on in day time soaps all the time and nobody is bellyaching over it…so why here??
Alex belongs with Rebecca…they are for each other. NOT with Izzie though!!
Well… to be a MAJOR KISS, completely unexpected…come on….COMPLETELY UNEXPECTED….it has to be Bailey with……MCSteamy!!! That´s a really unexpected thing!!! Right??
I think its going to be George and Izzie(hope!).
George and Cristina must be the MOST unexpected kiss. So if that’s Shonda’s plan, I vote for them.
However, I hope it’s Izzie and Alex. I simply love them together. George and Lexie are better of as friends anyway. I think George should take a love break
Meredith and Derek wouldn’t be unexpected. And actualy, for once, I hope their reunion is not a big passionate thing, but more intimate.
I vote for Alex and izzy. But I do like the idea of Bailey. She has been very lonely lately.
I’m hoping it’s Bailey and ANYONE. It makes me so sad to see her single….she’s my favorite character. Shonda DID say it’s unexpected…what about Bailey and Chief?
Anyway, there is definitely going to be some action with Callie and Dr. Hahn….oh, and MerDer. Thats a given. Fingers crossed that we get some Alex and Izzie lovin as well!!

It’s definitely Alex and Izzie. WOOT WOOT. When you go back to the beginning of Grey’s, it’s always been a matter of time before Alex & Izzie really truly got together.

I think….a STRONG HUNCH….from the way they were setting up last week’s episode. If we are to ” lean back and sit at the edge of our seat”…..it sounds like someone totally new, and might I add unexpected. Out of the blue zapping us!

i for one REALLY REALLY hope callie and erica find LOVE within each other…that would make for a great story line and a powerful couple……..i think it would make a great story line and lauren is right……
Lisa, that’s called bigotry and prejudice. So, i’m assuming you didn’t have a problem with Cristina & Berk’s relationship, in which case your bigotry and prejudice only extends to sexuality. But had you been around 50 years ago, do you think you would have had a problem with that?
Honesty who is it hurting if a two women find love in each other. If you’re looking for how this benefits you, there are two less beautiful women out there to snag your current or potential man. (if this were real)
