Sara Ramirez Joins Project Teddy Bear

Sara Ramirez has joined Project Teddy Bear, which is part of Lisa Spodak’s Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. The idea is simple but ingenious. Different celebrities sign a thank you card and pose with a teddy bear. The teddy bears are then auctioned off. All proceeds go toward breast cancer research.
For those curious, Sarah Ramirez’s teddy bear sold for $127.50 on March 21. I love that the Grey’s Anatomy cast is involved in so many wonderful projects.

The great thing about Sara is that she is very involved in charities. I really hold this woman in very high regard, for both her talent and her charitable nature.
