Shonda Rhimes Glamour Woman of the Year

Shonda Rhimes was named one of Glamour’s women of the year at a ceremony at Lincoln Centre. Eric Dane was present to give our beloved creator/writer/producer the award.

Shonda Rhimes, 37, the creator of ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice, was honoured for being a hit maker: “I think I’m the girl who sat in the front of the room and got straight A’s and raised her hand whenever the teacher called on her, so I’m not that much of a risk taker.”
