Private Practice 1.04 “In Which Addison Has A Very Casual Get Together”

Well, you guys want to talk about Private Practice, so let’s talk about Private Practice!
I’m currently in Greece until tomorrow, which means I wasn’t able to catch last night’s episode. But I’ll be back this weekend with the recap and some screencaps. Same for tonight’s Grey’s Anatomy episode.
In the meantime, go ahead and discuss your thoughts of the episode last night.
Next week’s episode is called “In Which Addison Finds a Showerhead” and just the name alone amuses me.
During the hiatus, I’ll backtrack through the first five episodes of the season (and series) and bring you the past recaps and screencaps missed. So stay tuned for all that fun stuff. 
I’ve only watched 2 of the shows, and I’ve been disapointed in both. Both shows had direct lines from grey’s. Last night was Addison saying that she doesn’t need protected…didn’t Christina say that exact thing last week? And then the whole “my person” thing came up too. I love Addison but give her some respect and give her some original lines.
I actually am really in to Addison’s new show! I have seen every episode and loved them all. I like the fact that Addison’s character is still the same. I like finding similaries between the two shows. It makes the shows more life like.
I forgot it was on Wednesdays since I was so disappointed in the bits of previous airings that I had seen. Last night I saw it on the lineup of the satellite menu and decided to watch criminal minds instead which was surprisingly good. I have officially bailed on Addison unless she comes back to Seattle.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVEE THIS SHOW!!!!! i thought i was going to hate it because kate walsh isn’t on Grey’s Anatomy, but I JUST LOVEE the show and the other characters!!!
My son and I watch Criminal Minds and I tape PP to watch after Minds goes off. That way I can also fast forward through commercials.
I enjoy watching PP. But why did Addison act surprised last night when she read her file and learned she still had 2 eggs? She learned that in the pilot show! Did I miss something?
I really wish they wouldn’t pair everyone up with someone in the office, otherwise it will be a MerDer thing or a DerAddMark thing. Let them form friendships and working relationships, but let them date outside the office (which opens up for lots of guest appearances!).
i am actually madly in love with this show, it reminds me of grey’s but its much different. addison was always one of my favorite characters and this show is just so great
I thought the show was really lame at first, but I actually enjoyed this week’s episode. I agree with Betsy–they shouldn’t pair people up at the office like in Grey’s & I didn’t understand why Addison was surprised either.
