Grey’s Anatomy Season 4 Premiere Spoilers
Here’s some more spoilers for the season 4 premiere, “A Change Is Gonna Come”, which airs Thursday, September 27th at 9pm EST on ABC.

Meredith, Cristina, Izzie and Alex spend their first day as residents with their own groups of interns - among the interns are George, repeating his intern year after failing his exams, and Lexie Grey, Meredith’s half-sister whom she has never met. Now that Derek’s relationship with Meredith has reached an emotional impasse, he looks to his fellow doctors for friendship; Bailey wrestles with her place within the hospital now that her former interns report to new Chief Resident Callie; and Richard resumes his position as Chief of Surgery. - 08/12 - Actor Richard Keith will be playing intern Mitch Greenberg. He is the person wearing a trauma gown right next to Izzie in the photo posted on Spoilerbuzz (see spoiler below). Source: SpoilerFix.com
- 08/11 - We have some inside scoop on the new Grey’s Anatomy interns who will be descending on Seattle Grace this season. Of course, we all know about Lexie played by Chyler Leigh (who will be a regular cast member this season). But what about the other newbie interns? Claire will be played by Tymberlee Chanel who is a relatively unknown newcomer to television save for two guest roles. The first was on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation this year and Numb3rs. Graciella is played by Gloria Garayua. She has had some guest starring roles in Cold Case, the ill-received 3 Lbs., Strong Medicine, Joey, Six Feet Under and others. Leo has had plenty of guest starring television roles as well, such as Dexter, That ’70s Show, The X-Files and Sabrina, The Teenage Witch. But also a relative newcomer to the scene. As you may have noticed, these aren’t the interns who were in the last episode of the last season! Those interns were played by Ajay Vidure, Candice Afia, Artie O’Daly and Joseph Williamson. No word if they will be showing up this season as well or not. We have also been told that one of the interns is going to try and pull a Cristina/Meredith and hook up with one of the McDoctors. - 08/01 - I’m hearing Rhimes may stick a fork in Gizzie in the season premiere when the ex-platonic pals are forced to examine their relationship while tending to an, um, unusual patient: a deer. - 08/17 - A new season of Grey’s Anatomy and some fresh new spoilers! Many of these will be in the season premiere September 27th, but some will obviously carry over for a few episodes, and some are rather obvious from how we saw the plot going in the season finale. George decides to repeat his internship, meaning he’ll be with all the new interns including Lexie, Meredith’s half sister. No word on which new resident will have either George or Lexie, but we know it won’t be Izzie. The rest of the former interns are now residents, and are having issues with having to report to Callie. Meredith joins Cristina on her honeymoon before they both return to Seattle Grace two weeks after Burke walked out on Cristina. And yes, Burke has resigned. And Meredith uses the time away to consider her own relationship with Derek. Bailey is still pretty upset with Richard for choosing Callie for Chief Resident and is struggling to find her place on the hierarchy of the hospital. Richard takes Derek’s advice and decides to return to his position as Seattle Grace’s Chief. And he and Adele get back together. After Addison leaves, Mark tries to befriend Derek again. and it sounds as though his relationship with Meredith will also play a role in this. One of the interns from last season’s season finale has also snagged a spot as a recurring character on Grey’s Anatomy. Candice Afia will be returning to Grey’s Anatomy. Joseph Williamson (who played the hot intern in the season finale) will be returning as well. Of the remaining two interns we saw last season, neither are returning as this season’s interns. - 08/08 - I hear Lexie and Derek are not happening - at least not initially. Word around Seattle Grace is that Lexie is being paired with Alex. That should certainly make things interesting when Jane Doe/Ava/Rebecca reappears. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide

i think that mer/ and der need to be together because it sounds better and i think they were ment to be together!!! like jessica said , they should give them a chance 2 be happy!!! i will watch this show even if they do end-up together i probally just wont like as much if mer and der arent together!!!

I am really hoping Izzie finds something else to focus on than George. I want him and Callie to work out…I really like them as a couple and I am def anti-Gizzie…..crossing my fingers here!!

I love the George Izzie thing. I think they would be a great couple. George just rushed into Callie after his dad died. So I am double crossing my fingers I think George and Izzie would really make a supercouple on the show…

George and Izzie are like brother and sister, I just can’t get into that. Izzie belongs with Alex, I definitely don’t want to see Mcbarslut with Alex. Hopefully Derek and Mark will becomes friends again, that could help lighten up the show, and fyi there is one huge spoiler they haven’t mentioned, about Callie founding out about Gizzie and her sleeping with someone…

I think anyone who is pro George and Callie missed those huge hints that George is MISERABLE around her. He made a huge mistake around his dad’s death, and he’s paying for it. Meanwhile, Izzie has shown she truly loves him and would basically do anything for him. If they get rid of Gizzie and keep George with Callie, they can consider me gone. The only thing that brought me back to the show in the first place was the fact that George was possibly getting out of his stupid infatuation with Callie.

I think they should have Mark trying his hardest to get w/Lexi and Mer trying her hardest to stop it, thus frustrating Der to no end, making him so extremely desperate, that once Callie finds out about Gizzie she runs into Der @ Joe’s, they both drink their sorrows away and hook up, only to wake up the next day w/big time guilt. THEN, just as Der confesses his sin to Mer @ Joe’s McVet walks in and stuns Mer. BRING BACK CHRIS O’DONNELL!!!!

it should always be Mer/Der. always. they are meant to be. Maybe they should make Christina fall for someone else, a rebound man. and she should resent Lexi, for some reason or another.

If they continue with the Derek and Lexie thing, I hope Meredith would not sulk but instead hurt Derek by hooking up with Mark Sloan. Yes derek would be devastated coz his sister and ex-wife hooked up with mark but then again he hooked up with Lexie who is Merediths half-sister and by the way would Lexie react to Meredith the way their father did when Susan died?

Yeah, I hope the show would lighten up a bit and give Meredith and Derek a chance to be happy, but I doubt that the writers would do that, nut still hoping that they would. I feel for Meredith I hope they would not mess her love life so much, her Family life has been a mess, i hope they give her some slack, and let her be happy by Derek!

If you guys had bothered to read spoilers elsewhere, you would already know the writers have confirmed that Derek and Lexie aren’t happening for this season at least. Therefore, you have absolutely no need to freak out about this.
By the way, TV Guide has already confirmed that Meredith and Derek are getting back together sometime this season.
And another thing, the spoilers above are copied word for word from this website called SpoilerFix.com. What’s worse, they are only part of the spoilers listed there. There’re other spoilers listed on that site for Grey’s. I know this because I check the spoilers there every day.

I heard once they were going to bring back the guy who played denny. I think he should be either a twin brother no one knew about, or just make him resemble Denny. Wouldn’t that put a dent in Izzie and George. I want Izzie and George together. They have such chemistry and have been leading up to them getting together the last two years.

Greys Anatomy is my favorite show but unfortunately I dontget to watch it . But I think that George and Callie make a cute couple I hope they make it to and I think Izzie needs to find her some one else to be factuated with. I am so in love with Mc Dreamy

I feel so bad for Callie being she was the only person that loved George for who we was. Izzie is so selfish and she is just rebounding from Denny. She never looked at him romantically until there was no one else. I am not a George and Izzie supporter because I can’t approve of a relationship starting from breaking someone else’s heart.

this show needs some lesbian action. this little bubble of heterosexuality is boring. let’s call her emma. emma is brilliant, starts at the hospital, is the first person who really challenges cristina since burke left. and she has the hots for cristina. but cristina’s straight. emma moves on. cristina is jealous - but doesn’t understand why because she doesn’t want a girlfriend. then she realises it is because she misses having emma’s attention. and she still misses burke. emma and cristina become friends. and emma’s character fades.
or maybe she gets in on with olivia. everyone gets it on with olivia.
