Grey’s Anatomy Emmy Nominations

Well, the Emmys are fast approaching. In fact, they’re on Sunday. And as I mentioned before, Grey’s Anatomy is nominated all over the place so it should be a fun watch for us fans.
Here’s who’s nominated:
- Sandra Oh – Best Supporting Actress
- Katherine Heigl – Best Supporting Actress
- Chandra Wilson – Best Supporting Actress
- T.R. Knight – Best Supporting Actor
- Kate Burton – Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series
- Elizabeth Reaser – Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series
The show is also nominated for:
- Outstanding Casting
- Outstanding Drama Series
- Outstanding Prosthetic Makeup
- Outstanding Special Visual Effects
It’s clear Grey’s is dominating the Best Supporting Actress category. Hell, I have no idea who to cheer for. I guess we’ll find out on Sunday who will take home the Emmy.
USA Today has an interesting article depicting the shoulds and woulds of upcoming winners. If you’re curious to see if their opinions match yours, check it out. It’s a fun read.
They name Sandra Oh as the “should and will win” actress. T.R. Knight doesn’t get their vote, though. They also think The Sopranos will take home the best drama series award. I wouldn’t be surprised if that were true.

I am glad izzie had won!!! Congrats Katherine!!! But for the next season… write some decent acting scene’s for Grey (Ellen) as it IS Grey’s Anatomy and all the really ACTING out scene’s went to Izz… Christina and Kelly (season 2) with Grey and Natzi missing out on the female side … Give them some roaming space please!!
Addison WE LOVE THE WAY your character developed!! Keep it up and next year the Emmy might be standing on YOUR bedside table the morning after glory…

Sheppard …talk about boring!! Patrick you should talk with them writers to get you all sensitive and sensational again ’cause at the moment all the s-rated steaminess have only one name and that ain’t yours dear…
Love the show and the cast and the story… can’t wait for next year when it will finally be showing in South Africa… But until then the next will keep me updated with sneaky little previews…
