Grey’s Anatomy Soundtrack: Volume 3 Coming September 11th

Awesome news for us Grey’s Anatomy music fans. The long awaited third volume to the show’s soundtrack is headed our way on September 11th. Hollywood Records is to thank for the release, and will include the following tracks:

• “Young Folks” – Peter Bjorn & John
• “Again & Again” – The Bird And The Bee
• “Something In The Water” – The Jealous Girlfriends
• “Sealion Woman” – Feist
• “A Cold Wind Will Blow Through Your Door” – Bill Ricchini
• “Falling Or Flying” – Grace Potter & The Nocturnals
• “Come To Me” – Koop
• “Running On Sunshine” – Jesus Jackson
• “Ain’t Nothing Wrong With That” – Robert Randolph
• “Million Faces” – Paolo Nutini
• “Breathe In Breathe Out” – Mat Kearney
• “Moon And Sun” – Gomez
• “Sun Comes Up” – John Legend
• “Keep Breathing” – Ingrid Michaelson
• “The Story” – Brandi Carlile

On top of that, there will be a special edition of the soundtrack that will only be available through iTunes download, and wil feature two extra songs:

• “The Great Escape” – Patrick Watson
• “Black Cat John Brown” – Alamo Race Track

And that’s not all! There will also be a boxed set including all three Grey’s Anatomy soundtracks, so if you’re still missing the first two, here’s your chance to make up for lost time.

What do you think of the soundtrack listing? I was hoping for some Anna Nalick in there, but I’ll just buy her CD. Other than that, I think it’s a great soundtrack. Will be checking iTunes on Sept. 11th to get that special edition.
