T.R Knight, Chandra Wilson, Katherine Heigl, Sandra Oh Nominated for Emmys

July 24, 2007 by Ingrid Diaz

Grey’s Anatomy is nominated all over the place at the 59th Primetime Emmy Awards which are to be helpd on September 16th in Shrine Auditorium, Los Angeles.

T.R. Knight, Chandra Wilson, Katherine Heigl, and Sandra Oh are all nominated in the best supporting actor/actress role categories. Unfortunately, Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo continue to be overlooked. Isaiah Washington is also absent, and I’m somehow not surprised.

Other nominations include Kate Burton as Ellis Grey and Elizabeth Reaser as Jane Doe in the Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series category.

The show is also nominated for Outstanding Casting, Outstanding Drama Series, Oustanding Prosthetic Makeup, and Oustanding Special Visual Effects.

I think IW was an awesome actor last season – if they start voting for the actor based on their personal life, who would be left to win an award?

  3. Roxie says:

My vote – if it would count is for Sandra, Chandra, Meredith and of course – BURKE!!
