  oo mami. Sara is awesome! I wish they would find her a real man for her love interest. A big girl needs an even bigger man! The idea that a hot Latina doctor would go for a tiny little …. well… you know… effeminate and sensitive pale guy is laughable. She could get any latino hunk she wanted. Who writes this stuff? Dios mio!

  Yeah, Calli is hot, but I would much rather see Izzi in this “Got Milk” ad! Wouldn’t all of you? By the way has anyone seen her movie “Knocked Up” yet? If so, how is it?

  Katherine Heigl is her own kind of hot! I’m gonna miss tuning in to see her. I’d love to see her in ANY ad. Knocked up is a blast! I can tell they had a good time making that film.
  Maybe casting will find a proportionate lover for Sara. Her and Knight together was not even reasonable.

  Everyone tries to make out Sara Ramirez to be more than she is. She’s a larger woman, no big deal, but she’s manly looking more than feminine. It’s like saying Dr Hahn is hot.
