Did you see when she said “I want to have a baby” - HUH? I did not see that coming.

If the show doesn’t work as planned perhaps she could already be carrying Alex’s? I for one will miss her at SGH.

I can’t believe Addison won’t be on Grey’s anymore. She’s basically the only reason I watch the show. I don’t especially care for Meridith, and Derek is a good guy and all, but I don’t think he’s that great. And without Addison, Mark has no real reason to still be on the show. I do agree the cast is getting very big so they had to get rid of someone, but why not Callie or Mark? I hope that if the spinoff does not do good,Addison can come back on Grey’s.

I am happy that addison is leaving but i dont think she should have her own show,i think if anyone should it should be izzie going back to her trailer park.or someone from the original cast

I am happy that Addison is leaving because she doesn’t really have a story line anymore. Meredith and McDreamy are together and now she’s broken Sloan’s heart again. She doesn’t deserve to get her own show for being a no morals having, cheating on her husband with his bestfriend, life wrecking, fake crying tramp!

Kate Walsh leaving Grey’s is the biggest mistake I think the producers can make right now. I think if anyone has to leave it should be Dr. Webber, Sloan, or Callie. Someone that would make an impact, but not big enough to the point where people stop watching the show.
Grey’s Anatomy just wouldn’t be the same w/o Addison

I’ve never seen a spin-off do very well…as much as I am ADDICTED to this show, I don’t think a spin-off is ever a good idea. It’s worse than trying to force a film trilogy of sequels that just shouldn’t have been made. Why mess with something is the original is working just fine???? Come on, now! I love Kate as Addison, but she shouldn’t have left the show. (BTW I never liked the George and Callie pairing. go IZZIE!)

I’m tired and bored with the Meridith, and Derek romance. Time to move on with another show. Seems these writers are hung up on same old same old. I like the character of Addison, she is more flaxable without all the whining. I associate Meridith and George as whiners and that gets old after a while. I will watch the spin off maybe there will be fresh new stuff. Just don’t bring Derek, Meridith or George along. Tired………of these three characters. Too bad Patrick Duffy isn’t given a better part, he is a good actor.

i dont know what to say anymore, because i reckon i will be wasting my time. shonda and her team are in their own world and whinning isnt going to help. As for people complaining about meredith, i have to say its not fair, EP and PD do only what they are told to do by the writers, so you people should be angry with shonda and not the characters. Besides EP has done a really great work in potraying meredith’s character.

A word about the spinoff. It was boring, boring, boring. The people were also boring. Not an ounce of charisma between them. I couldn’t care less about them. Addison Montgomery Shepherd is a world-class neonatal surgeon. She would not be a part of a run-down, seedy, new-age clinic. And she would have nothing to do with a quack herbalist. Shonda–get real.
