Patrick Dempsey Tops TV Guide’s Sexiest Actors List

Congratulations to our beloved McDreamy for topping the charts of TV Guide’s sexiest actors list. But … why wasn’t McSteamy on the list? That’s an outrage.

There are so many good photos of McDreamy. I’m a huge fan and I hate to say it but God, he looks like hell in the photo above. He looks strung out.
