You know, the more I think about it, I think the look on Derek’s face at the end of the promo (when he is in his regular clothes) looks like a face of emotional relief. I suppose it could be interpreted as either (sadness after she died or relief after she pulled through) but that’s the way I see it.

i agree with you Holtwick08. That is what i originally thought when i saw it. I was on Youtube and i accedentally found this different preview for tonights episode. it is a it cut up but here is the link. It has a couple of extra scenes that aren’t in the regular one.
