As part of The PEDIGREE Adoption Drive, Driver and the PEDIGREE Brand hope
to encourage adoptions and engage dog lovers in this important cause in four
simple ways:

— Support Fundraising Efforts — The PEDIGREE Brand is committed to
donating up to $1 million from a portion of all 2006 product sales to
support qualified animal shelters and breed rescue organizations
across the country.

— Earn Free Food — PEDIGREE will provide a free month’s supply of dog
food to every family/person who adopts a dog in February 2006. Log

— Wear Your Own Dog Tags — To show support of this cause, “Dogs
rule.(R)” fashion dog tags are available for free via a mail-in offer;
PEDIGREE will make a $1 donation for every dog tag redeemed. Plus,
celebrity-designed dog tags will be auctioned on eBay(R) from
March 6-16, 2006.
