  I’ll take McSteamy and/or McDreamy. Although Alex does have his moments, as does Burke. The Chief has a hot older man thang going on. Tyler the nurse also very nice. George used to be a nice choice, now not so much. BUT, McSteamy had the coming out of a bathroom followed by a cloud of steam, with the great pecs/abs/yumminess so…..let’s go with him.

  Derek isdefinitely the hottest guy on the show! But I think he’s been kind of a jerk in how he couldn’t decide for forever between Meredith and Addison. And then be with Meredith…and then Addison…and then Meredith. I don’t like that and I think Burke is being really sweet with the ice princess, so:
