Grey’s Patrick Dempsey Sells Home for $2.5 million

Grey’s Anatomy’s Patrick Dempsey, is reported to have sold his house for $2.5 million.
Dempsey, who plays surgeon Derek Shepherd in the ABC medical drama paid about $1.4 million for the Spanish-style home in 2001, constructed in 1926.
