Patrick has not only had a nose job, he had a brow lift an eye job. If you look at his younger pictures, his eyelids were droopy as a teenager. You don’t just magically “mature” out of that. He also got a chin implant. I’m not knocking it. Whoever did the work deserves an award because he went from kind of ugly to extremely handsome. He is like a different person.

Well if you gave him a nose job back then and he grew his hair out as it is now he’d been hotter than. Yes he’s hotter now because of the hair and nose work. The nose made a HUGE difference! His smile is much bigger and brighter in youth & he didn’t have any wrinkles then.

I don’t think he has had any work done on his face, most of this just happens with age folks. If anything, it look as if his nose may have been broken once? The only visable difference I can see that is that make he had one of his front teeth filed down a bit to be even with all the rest and even that could’ve happened over time. If he has had any work done, I’d be surprised.

I have to admit though, kudos to Shonda Rimes because this show is great! The actors are really good! I love the show and I love Patrick! He’s been so gracious in accepting his awards too! His wife is one lucky lady! Can’t wait to see the twins their having, I’ll bet they will be just as cute, even his little daughter is a cutie! Sounds like he has a great family. Oh well, he knows he is lucky because millions of women dream about him every night! Long live McDreamy!

I do not think this man has had any work done on his face. Peoples faces change as they get older and I believe that’s all that’s happened here. Take a look at the actor Chad Allen…his face looks totally different now than it did when he was a child…he looks like he has a totally different nose, eyes & mouth. BTW, I think Patrick is very handsome…and I don’t watch the show!!

It’s great he’s good-looking now, and it’s a really good thing he had surgery. I mean, his nose was so bulbous before. I used to be against surgery altogether but if you use it to good effect like Dempsey it’s all good I think. After all, sometimes to get ahead in the acting business you need to improve your looks - simple as that.

Even though that Pat Dempsey’s nose isn’t really his now, it pretty much perfected his face.

Wow! What can I say about Patrick– NOT enough really. This man melts my butter and then some! He is not only a fantastic actor, but is such a sweet, gentle person in life. He has such a good temperament. You can see it the way he presents himself and speaks. I’ve never watched Grey’s Anatomy, but grew up watching him. I have been a patrick fan since 1991, loved all his old films. Still think he is ok looking now but have to say I prefer him before, I’m not one for the George Clooney stubbly look. I prefer the slightly geeky, cute Patrick every time.
